[pm] Right. The news. Because that’s so…okay. Fine. I’ll ask her. But if she hurts him, Buffy I swear, I’m going after her myself.

[pm] I understand Willow. I’m not trying to say we shouldn’t. I just think we should do Faith the honor of giving her the benefit of the doubt. Let her try, if I’m gonna be fighting with her to save Giles I really can’t have her despising me because I killed her friend when I didn’t necessarily have to.

We will not let it get as far as her hurting him, we’ll try to reason with her and if she keeps threatening then I’ll just have to do what I do best.

theredheadedwitch replied to your post: [pm] You know that snarky slutbomb vampire Eifa, right? She’s been threatening this kid, Dustin. I-I don’t know if you know him that well. I just got off the phone with his girlfriend. She’s super freaked and she thinks something should be done a-and I told her I’d tell you since you’re number one Slayer and all.

[pm] The girl, Lydia, she thinks it’s serious. She was pretty freaked and she thinks this is her fault. Personally, I think openly being on the people diet is grounds to dust but…I just…I told her I’d do something. We can do something, right?

[pm] We can do something if we don’t get caught. But maybe Faith could convince her not to do whatever she’s threatening. She seems to think that this vampire has at least some reasoning smarts. She’s already telling the news that I threatened her, which I did not. So we cant really scare her into leaving him alone…

[pm] Oh yeah, Faith’s friend. I know her. Like serious threatening? Like grounds to dust her threatening? If not, I don’t know what I could do about it really. I’ve got this reputation to keep up all of a sudden. I can’t exactly seek her out, at least not as myself.

[pm] Your frustration is understandable and one I share with you, let there be no doubt. But you must remain calm and graceful. I can help you, discreetly of course, if you so wish. It is, after all, part of why I was sent for in the first place.

[pm] That woman is an idiot. How am I even supposed to reason with her? If I go onto the show she won’t even want to listen to me, she’ll just attack. I’m just unsure if it will help the cause more than it will hurt it.

[pm] I understand your concerns, Ms. Summers. If the strain is too much, or you feel the risk too great I can ask another Slayer or we can explore alternative measures together. But something must be done before the Vampire side of the story becomes the only one heard. I do hope you understand…

[pm] I know it would be me who would have to do it. I’ll do it. I want people to see our side of the story too. Is there any way that I can go into this a little less blind?

Would you chew my head off if I said yeah?

All I have to say is don’t let it get in the way of doing the right thing.  You say that you don’t kill people any more, but not stopping someone who does because you’re friends with them, well it’s the same thing as killing those people yourself.

[pm] And I’ll let you know right now that if I see her attacking someone, I won’t hesitate to dust her.

[pm] Yeah, already got that. I know that and she knows that. I could go for a real lowblow with you now— the whole Spike biz— but I’d like to think I’ve grown. Don’t wreck yourself though, my head’s clear.

[pm] I think mentioning what lowblow in particular you would have gone for sort of cancels out the whole not going for it… But don’t worry, I’m not wrecked. By the time I even gave Spike the light of day he wasn’t even capable of being a menace to society (which your Eifa is fully willing and wanting to do). I know why I did what I did and I don’t really care why you did what you did. All I care about is what you do now. I’m trying to be a good person here, I want be able to give you a second chance just like everyone else seems to have done so easily.

[pm] Actually, think it’d be a third chance with you. But I undress. Okay, fine, Spike was a whole ‘nother sitch, I know. Don’t even think I could justify this even if I wanted to, but you don’t need to worry about me not choosing the right thing. I’m good.

[pm] You don’t need to justify it, just don’t let it get in the way and we’ll be square.
