There was this day, when I was fifteen. I was big into cheering back in L.A. and our squad had made it to state and this particular day we were at said state competition. We ended up winning, and that’s the day I’d love to relive. It sounds cheesy, but it’s not even the winning I’d like to relive. It’s all the little things. I remember looking out into the audience and seeing my mom, my dad, and my sister Dawn and they were just beaming at me. I could just feel how proud they all were of me and it felt so great to know that everything was right in the world. I was right where I belonged. I honestly didn’t have a care in the world, I was just… Happy. If I could, I’d relive that just to feel that feeling, because I don’t think I’ll ever be as carefree as I was that day.
